Dear Heart,
It’s Okay to Admit You’re Exhausted.
Prayers to Heal a Broken Heart was written for the middle of the night when the silence is loud, but your own prayers feel non-existent.
Finding strength, peace, and faith after heartbreak.
For the woman trying to hold on to her faith while letting go of someone she deeply loved.

There was a season when...
my heart was breaking...
and I simply didn't know what to pray anymore.
I still believed in God.
I still wanted to trust Him.
But believing didn't make the pain disappear.
My mind replayed conversations I couldn't change.
My heart kept holding on to someone who was no longer part of my life.
And some days...
I didn't know what to say to God anymore.
Maybe...
you know that feeling too.

You still believe.
You haven't lost your faith.
You're just carrying more than your heart knows what to do with.
But your heart feels heavy.
You replay conversations you wish had ended differently.
You wonder if you'll ever stop missing him.
You want to trust God...
but some days you're simply trying to make it through the next hour.
You don't need someone to tell you to "just move on."
You need words when your own prayers feel impossible to find.

That's why I created these prayers.
Not because I had all the answers.
Not because I healed perfectly.
But because these became the words I leaned on when I couldn't find my own.
And maybe...
they'll become those words for you too.

Finding the Strength to Let Go

Calming My Nervous System

Grieving What We Had
Prayers for releasing someone you deeply loved without hardening your heart.

Letting Go Without Bitterness

Releasing the Emotional Bond

Trusting God with my Love Story Again
A Personal Note
Writing these prayers meant revisiting one of the hardest seasons of my life.
For a long time, I wasn't sure if I would ever share something this personal.
I'm opening up a part of my life in the hope that it helps you through yours, too.
Not because our stories are the same.
But because I know what it feels like to search for peace while carrying questions that don't seem to have answers.
If these prayers help you stay connected to God...
If they remind you that you're not alone...
If they give you words to hold on to until you find your own again...
then opening my heart will have been worth it.
With love,
Paola

You still believe in God... but your heart feels tired.
You don't know how to pray anymore.
You're emotionally exhausted
You're trying to trust God without pretending everything is okay.
You're ready to begin healing... one prayer at a time.
If you're still here...
I don't think that's by accident.
Maybe today you don't need more advice.
Maybe you don't need another person telling you to "just move on."
Maybe what you need is a quiet place to bring your heart before God.

If I could, I'd sit with you over a cup of tea and remind you that you don't have to carry this season alone.
Since I can't...
I hope these prayers become that quiet place you can return to whenever your heart needs it most.
One prayer at a time.
One day at a time.
With God beside you every step of the way.
